About

I start Triathlon when I was 15 years old, by the time how much I train I was getting more in love with this sport. When I was 16 I decided to compete seriously and started to do the Brazilian Junior Triathlon Circuit and I finished in 5th place that year (2008). When I was 18 I was qualified to go to the 1st Youth Olympic Games in Singapore but I had a serious injure ( IT band ) and I couldn't go to this big event. After that I raced the Pan American Junior Triathlon Championship in Brazil and finish 9th overall, I'm the winner of the Brazilian Interstate Triathlon Under 23.

Training hard everyday, racing more and more, I decided to become a PRO since the beginning of 2012. This year I'm here in San Diego training with Felipe Loureiro from Breakaway Training, is the second time that I come here to train with him, I really like the way he teach us and I'm improving my swim, my bike and also my run to get in shape as fast as possible and race with the best pros here in united states. My first race will be here in Oceanside 70.3 and I'm training hard for it.
